We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without providing appropriate information or obtaining consent where required by law.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following, depending on the purpose and circumstances:

  • Contractual necessity: processing needed to provide Parcelion, manage an account, or take steps requested before entering into a contract.
  • Legitimate interests: processing needed for appropriate purposes such as maintaining security, preventing abuse, administering the Service, and resolving disputes, where those interests are not overridden by applicable rights.
  • Consent: processing based on consent where consent is required or is the appropriate legal basis.
  • Legal obligations: processing required to comply with applicable law.

The applicable basis depends on the particular processing activity and the law that applies. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Parcelion does not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling.

However, the website and application may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for functions such as authentication, session management, security, and protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

These technologies help the Service operate securely and maintain your session. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of Parcelion from functioning correctly.

AI Features and External AI Providers

Parcelion includes AI and machine-learning features that may analyze operational information to produce summaries, classifications, forecasts, or recommendations.

Some AI-powered features use third-party AI services, including the OpenAI API, to generate requested analyses.

When you use a feature that relies on an external AI provider, relevant inputs may be transmitted to that provider for processing. Depending on the feature, those inputs may include warehouse metrics, order information, inventory summaries, or other information necessary to produce the requested result.

We aim to limit the information transmitted to what is reasonably necessary for the feature. However, users should not assume that information entered into an AI feature remains exclusively within Parcelion's own application infrastructure.

Third-party providers process information under their applicable contractual terms, privacy policies, and data-processing arrangements. Their processing, retention, and access conditions may differ from ours.

We do not promise that AI-generated outputs are always accurate or suitable for operational decisions. You should review important results before relying on them.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, or information you are not authorized to disclose to an AI feature.

We do not intentionally use Customer Data submitted through Parcelion to train our own general-purpose AI models unless we separately disclose this practice and establish an appropriate legal basis. The handling of data by an external AI provider is governed by the applicable provider terms and configuration.

Third-Party Service Providers

Parcelion relies on external providers to operate and maintain the Service. These may include:

  • Supabase: database and related infrastructure services.
  • Hosting provider: application hosting, network infrastructure, and related operational services.
  • OpenAI: AI-powered analysis where requested by the user.
  • Payment providers: payment processing where applicable.
  • Email or communications providers: delivery of account, billing, and support communications where used.
  • Cloudflare: domain, DNS, network security, or content-delivery services if configured for the website.

The providers actually used may change as the Service develops.

We may disclose information to a provider where reasonably necessary to perform its function. We seek to use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for information handled by service providers, as required by applicable law.

Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own or the country in which the Operator is based. International transfers will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

We do not sell personal information to these providers. They receive information only as needed for their role, subject to the applicable arrangements and laws.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: to host, operate, secure, support, or improve Parcelion.
  • Authorized users: to members of your organization who have appropriate permissions to access relevant warehouse or account information.
  • Payment and billing services: to administer invoices and payments.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: where disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
  • Security and legal protection: where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, enforce our Terms, or establish or defend legal claims.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a proposed or completed sale, restructuring, or transfer of the business or Service, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for their independent targeted advertising.

We will not disclose Customer Data publicly unless you direct us to do so, it is necessary to provide a feature you request, or disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Depending on the data and system involved, safeguards may include authentication controls, role-based permissions, access restrictions, secure connections, database protections, and system monitoring.

No online service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We cannot promise that unauthorized access, security incidents, or data loss will never occur.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, assigning appropriate permissions to users, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Where applicable law requires notification of a personal-data breach, we will follow the relevant legal requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to legal obligations, legitimate operational needs, and applicable law.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Trial Applications

Trial application information may be retained while an application is reviewed and for a reasonable period afterward to administer the process, address follow-up questions, prevent duplicate or fraudulent applications, or establish and defend legal claims.

If an application is declined or abandoned, we will delete or anonymize the information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Active Accounts

Account and warehouse information is retained while the account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service.

Customers should export important business records before cancelling a subscription or allowing an account to expire.

Expired Trials and Subscriptions

Under the current Parcelion account-expiration policy, unless another written arrangement or mandatory law applies:

  • A grace period of twenty-four (24) hours may follow the expiry time.
  • After that period, the account may be disabled.

If the account remains expired, associated Customer Data may be permanently deleted thirty-six (36) hours after the account is disabled. The intended maximum interval between expiry and deletion is approximately sixty (60) hours. This policy applies to the relevant account and Customer Data stored in active systems. Copies retained in backups, security logs, or records required for legal purposes may persist for a longer period under the applicable retention process. We recommend that Customers export important records before expiry. Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate applicable expiry and deletion rules before the Customer relies on the Service. Billing, Security, and Legal Records We may retain limited billing records, transaction records, support communications, security logs, and other information for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect the Service. Where information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise restrict its use as appropriate and permitted by law.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information.
  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of personal information where the legal conditions are met.
  • Object to certain processing or request restriction of processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Request a copy of certain information in a portable format where applicable.
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

These rights are subject to applicable law and may have exceptions. For example, we may need to retain certain information to comply with a legal obligation or defend a legal claim.

To exercise a right, contact us at support@parcelion-wms.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized disclosure.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason where legally required.

If you are a member of an organization using Parcelion, some information may be controlled by that organization. In such cases, you may need to contact your organization's administrator to exercise rights relating to warehouse records managed by that organization.

International Data Transfers

Parcelion and its service providers may process information in countries outside the country where you live or where the Operator is based.

Where Moroccan Law No. 09-08 or another applicable data-protection law governs a transfer, we will take the steps required by that law, which may include obtaining appropriate authorization, relying on a legally recognized transfer mechanism, or obtaining consent where permitted and required.

We will not treat the mere availability of an international service provider as sufficient authorization for a transfer.

Customers should understand that the location of an application server does not necessarily determine the location of all processing, backups, support access, or third-party AI processing.

Children's Privacy

Parcelion is intended for business and professional use and is not designed for children.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in circumstances where doing so would be unlawful. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can assess the matter and take appropriate action.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or application may contain links to external websites or services.

We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. When you visit an external website or use a third-party service, its own privacy policy and terms may apply.

We encourage you to review the relevant policies before submitting information to an external provider.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in Parcelion, our service providers, data-processing practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated "Last updated" date.

Where a change materially affects how we process personal information, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method where required or reasonably practicable.

Where applicable law requires consent or another specific action for a change, we will follow that requirement.

This Privacy Policy describes the intended handling of information by Parcelion. It should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions and any applicable notices provided when information is collected.
